Our journey began in 2006 when my father and I decided to start our own company. At the time, I was working as a Claims Adjuster with a young son and a baby on the way, while my father, an experienced professional in a local engineering firm, was ready for a new challenge. With just a $350 check for a residential home addition, we purchased our business license and launched Warner Architectural Associates.
We divided responsibilities: my father focused on architecture, while I managed operations and business development. After over a decade of collaboration, my father retired in 2017, and in 2020, I officially rebranded the firm as Loring Design Group, LLC.
Today, Loring Design Group is a leading architectural and engineering firm in the Southeastern United States, guiding commercial clients from project inception to completion. We prioritize customer satisfaction, meticulous design, cost-effective planning, and comprehensive in-house services. Our offerings include architectural design, MEP engineering, permitting services, and existing conditions assessments—all supported by a licensed architect and professional engineer on staff.
